Kingswood class is run by Grandmaster Davies who is assisted by Master Lau. Our venue is fully matted and we have an array of equipment from kick bags, kicking shields, stretching machine, crash mat, kicking targets and sparring protection equipment including shielded head guards for children and adults. Our instructors have enhanced DBS checks and adhere to school and National Governing Body Safeguarding policies.
